"Another life?" Alice said furiously, her tear-streaked cheeks were red with anger. "Alfred, if you leave me now, I'll never forgive you!" Alfred, hoping to reason, calmly grasped her face into his hands and stared into her eyes. "Alice Kirkland, don't you forget me." She scrunched her noise hoping to hold her tears as Alfred dropped his arms to his sides, smiling brightly as if he was going to see the world, to be amazing. Alice didn't doubt it so, but it felt dreadful to let him go, to be left alone. "You go, then!" Alice exclaimed, shoving back from him. "Off with your spaceman! It'll be a real relief not having to deal with your bloody trousers all over the flat!" Alfred could not hold his grin, which had spread from ear to ear. He stepped back, glancing back at the illuminated Police Box in the distance and then Alice once again. "I don't have to look at your ugly mug anymore, or hear mum complain about how I should've chose someone else. Someone who wasn't stupid," her voice wafted into his ears even as Alfred ran back into the TARDIS. The last of her voice flowed as the doors closed.
"Have at your 'other' life, then."
I've never had any writing skill since I stopped way back when.
I was thinking like crazy about the Whotalia thing I was working on,
and now there are these little installments coming out like crazy.
By default, I wanted Alfred to be Rose. It was a given, and England
was just the first choice because of the pairing being popular.
I'm still picking out my companions carefully, though, honest.
